Intention: This 24 ounce candle is poured over Clear Quartz. Designed to activate and awaken your mind - preparing you for a workout. Think of this as your “pre-workout” or morning routine. This is where you’ll create goals, set your intentions and mentally prepare for action. This blend is infused with clear quartz to invoke a purification, almost clean slate each time you light the candle. Clear Quartz, often called the “Master Healer” is widely known for clearing negative energy and thoughts. And while it’s well known in the emotional and spiritual space, Clear Quartz can be used to purify the physical and energetic bodies, supporting and activating your mind, body and spirit for your fitness journey.

Ingredients: jasmine, citrus, green apple, lily, cedar. Infused essential oils of violet, and lavender musk.
