Process: Our team can build a custom candle based on inspiration or situation. Each candle is created and curated unique to your need. You can select your crystal of choice to infuse as part of our process. JNRG Healing Co will reach out via email within 24 hours of purchase to gather information about your intention and we will match the appropriate aromatherapy for your unique fragrance oil. All candles are sealed with Reiki energy and will have your custom ingredients for your records and to recreate for future candles that may serve you.

Burn Time: 120 hours for 24 ounce candles.

SHIPPING: All of our products are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Once the order is shipped you will receive the respective tracking number. Due to shipping delays across all carriers, we appreciate your patience as we navigate through these times.

RETURN POLICY: All of our products are final sale and are not returnable. Should your order be damaged in transit, we will issue a store credit only.
